Overview
Our Refund & Return Policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, as well as intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
There are situations where only partial refunds may be granted under this Refund & Return Policy:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. Processing times can vary before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded under our Refund & Return Policy. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@deegobag.com and send your item to: Dongcheng Pioneer Park, Weifang City, Shandong Province, China.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will then be informed about your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
